On topic: I'm fine with this e3 as Splatoon 2 launches next month, which is enough to get me through the year. Anything extra is just great bonuses. I just really hope we get a Smash 5 confirmation, but also hope its late next year since theres too many online games this year.

If you have a Switch and you're interested in all the first-party Nintendo games except Xenoblade then you simply have something wrong with you. Without Xenoblade 2 in your Switch library, it'll just look incomplete and mediocre. Xenoblade 2 will undoubtedly be one of the best games on Switch so get it together.

I was hoping motion controls would be an option. It would be such a wasted opportunity to not included them even if it's limited.

Wasn't not at all expecting Amiibo support though and smart to use BoTW Link Amiibo as an example.

Looked really nice as well.

I just want to know if it includes all of Skyrim. Does it include Dawnguard, Dragonborn, and Hearthfire. There was never any information regarding that. It's not like base Skyrim isn't big enough already to be honest but would like the whole package.

It does. In the video description for the trailer: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for the Nintendo Switch includes all-new gameplay features like motion controls for combat and lockpicking, outfits and gear from The Legend of Zelda. Take down enemies with the Master Sword, protect yourself with the Hylian Shield or look heroic in the Champion’s Tunic. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for the Nintendo Switch also includes all official add-ons: Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn.

It's great to see a passionate Xenoblade fan, but that guy went off the deep end, and I can't say I didn't see it coming after his posts started getting increasingly obsessive toward the game. The funny thing is we literally barely know anything about Xenoblade 2, but he's probably just excited about it because Sawano's out and Mitsuda's in.

I watched the Reggie and Geoff video. It looks like Nintendo treats their presence at E3 showfloor more than an hour of announcements--the Spotlight is mostly a highlight of what Nintendo brought there, for better or worse.

All of my 2017 brethren, rejoice. Xenoblade 2 is still 2017 bound!

We have had quite a number of sources reach out to us about Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Following up on our GameStop information, these sources say they can confirm that the game is still slated for a 2017 release. Since we shared the GameStop inside info and said it was subject to change, I thought it the right thing to do to update you guys on this new round of info. To be clear, the info on Xenoblade Chronicles 2 still being on for 2017 comes from multiple people, none of them the same as my GameStop source.
