Speaking of blonde-haired swordswomen called Lady Maria in Souls-like games... I do like Lady Maria from Nioh, too! She's kind of a Bloodborne rip-off but she was cool in her own right and I gotta give credit to Team Ninja for their... restraint in making tasteful, and actually cool-looking ladies in Nioh.

I see a lot of favourites of mine in this thread, but shout out to Nilin from Remember Me. She has the look of a fairly realistic female (although with skin-tight clothes) and isn't there purely as eye candy. She is dressed in a functional yet fashionable outfit, practical hair-style and has a certain je ne sais quoi about her. Dare I say, iconic?

Operation Raccoon City is trash, but gas masks make everything cooler so here you go. I actually modded this outfit into New Vegas, I liked it so much.

Mila from Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. Her design quickly became my favorite in all of Fire Emblem and one of my favorites in general.
Some Megami Tensei demons:
Rangda, Hel, and Isis.
Isis is an excellent example of Kazuma Kaneko's integration of haute couture elements in his designs.
