By itself it seems fine. I just don't want it inserted in a spot where it undercuts the tone. Like they're having a serious conversation and Alfred walks in and says the line. That could play bad.

Yeah. We'll get teases - like maybe Alfred looking at someone off camera and being all "o shit" - but save Supes for the movie. We all know he's going to be there so it's not a case of wanting to preserve it as a twist but I don't want to know how he comes back. Even if it's the Black Superman Suit. If Elfman is bringing back THE Superman theme and that plays part of his return...i'm gonna freak.
