The OPs reminds me of others who immediately equate the art style to pedos and shut ins which is honestly rather asinine. I think that is what generated the tag. Sorry to get all logically technical, but this is what we call an Appeal to Consequences. In this case, you're judging a game based on the desirability or undesirability of a possible outcome.

The statement above follows this form of the fallacy: "X is false because if people did not accept X as being false, then there would be negative consequences."

It totally ignores the merits of the game itself and again, just focuses on the character of certain people who play Game X.

The commentor was defending his right to look at underage kids in adult situations because it was a victim-less crime. It being comics and all and not real people. I said that I never thought I would see the day where someone defended their right to look at underage kids having sex. That started a crazy debate where most people came to defense of the person wanting to look at loli content.

It is such a bizarre topic that I never thought would have two sides of consideration. I ultimately feel like it's wrong no matter what. But I can't come up with a clear argument that doesn't sound like I think we should be thought-policing people. Crazy world.

I think the real issue is when people start mentally assigning ages to things that generally do not have them. Then it becomes an issue of creating a narrative. Now if this person said he is looking at underage, then he needs to have his head put through a wall.
These games and most of this stuff does not go there and you can say all you want about "well just LOOK at them" but again it is you (not necessarily YOU but you know what I mean) filling in those details. That is on you and not the game or the game maker. At least in my opinion of course.

A couple weeks ago I got a ban for making fun of a game where you play as these little animu fairies who secretly cause these (very young looking) girls to have orgasms. I said these kinds of games are targeted at pedos, incels, and shut-ins. Okay, whatever, fair enough.
