I mean, The Witcher 3 ticks most of those, and that's not an extreme game by any stretch. A regular sex scene is enough to trigger many of those, the rest is just your regular videogame violence.

This is going to be a real litmus test for Sony's stance. After censoring even tame content in the likes of Devil May Cry and Dead Or Alive, it will be telling to see how they approach Cyberpunk.

If Cyberpunk is delivered uncut then any future publisher facing censorship will fairly be able to argue "why should it be one rule for them and another for us?"

The Witcher games have Fisstech, which is apparently "a drug similar in appearance and effect to amphetamine or cocaine. " You can buy it in the game and you even get to visit a Fisstech lab in one of the expansions. As for the guns, it's true that there aren't any in the game, but there aren't any on that list, either. It just mentions "weapons", and there are plenty of those in The Witcher 3.
