it was really clever how they did it but it was possible because of simplistic graphism and the other world being misshapen version of the real one

There are even more recent examples like Titan Fall 2.
But i think what they are saying it's because they might be using more asset dense scenarios, i'm just assuming here tho, but it might allow them to load and reload high detailed environments without loading instead of having them loaded in ram or using long sequences to disguise it.

From what I have seen, the graphics are not a big deal, what happens is that they want it to be one of the few games available in the launch catalog and to monopolize the sales of the consoles with launch of xbox one series x.

But by lies, Sean Murray was better.

I suppose they probably could put it on XB1, but then there would be load screens as you transition back and forth.
