It definitely looks fake. Anyone see any other more legitimate designs that maybe real?
there's nothing official out there but there was someone who did a very nice render based on the leaked dev kit and the design of the controller, it looks the most realistic in my opinion. I already posted it yesterday and I don't want to post it again, I can DM you the link if you would like.

I have to ask.. I’ve watched Cerny’s presentation multiple times and from what I understood all PS4 games are playable on PS5 at PS4/Pro native frequencies, and only a bunch are able to run at ‘boost’ mode. Am I mistaken?
They can't legally say 100% of them will work. But eventually I expect 99.9% of them will work.

Ah.. got it!

While still somewhat "PR-vague", this should give you some confidence:

With all of the amazing games in PS4’s catalog, we’ve devoted significant efforts to enable our fans to play their favorites on PS5. We believe that the overwhelming majority of the 4,000+ PS4 titles will be playable on PS5.

We have already tested hundreds of titles and are preparing to test thousands more as we move toward launch.

Technically (and legally) an overwhelming majority is anywhere from 70%,-85%, but you should take this is CYA language to ensure there's no ground for feature lawsuits.

I am ok with that if Microsoft will Sony let do the work and show gameplay instead of trailers.

But Sony never assumed knowing how MS shit works, that's the difference.

Jim Ryan: "But you know. There are still more unique elements for PlayStation 5 to come that separate it from previous consoles. The ‘bigger differences’ have yet to be announced. "

I've never known a forum where you can click to the next page and it show you old posts you need to scroll back through to find the latest post again. Or one that destructively interferes so much with your typing on mobile when using all the fancy formatting features. Or one that can bump the box you're writing your reply in off screen as a new post comes in.
I'm not convinced by all these fancy convenience features.

Back on topic:

Microsoft switching from an SSD focus to a teraflops with (an at the time) out of place emphasis on fixed-clocks as we got close to the PS5 presentation suggests they knew in detail what to expect, and then shifted their marketing strategy accordingly. A marketing strategy that seems to implicitly reference its competition more than its own direction at times.

It today's weird and out of nowhere Tweet by Microsoft indicative of what we can expect next week? Do they have more intel and are trying to set the tone early?

I have an iPhone 8 because I hate big phones and I write based just in faith and wishes.

I don't think Sony gonna show anything, I starting to feel that Sony don't have any confidence on there ps5 plans and that will affect ps5 sales dramatically, I am huge Sony fans but truly I start to untrust them , they need to show me why I need to buy ps5 , when in my insides I know that the other competitor console have more pure performance advantage and I try to sell myself those sdd bullshits, and even that Sony don't show me anything other than that ue5 Which not 4k neither 60 fps and no real time ray tracing, , and in the other hand Microsoft are pretty confident in there plans ,and on there console power and keep confirming true 4k , 60 fps , real time full ray trading , full backward compatibility even they show the real hardware design in last year ,

Because this is seemingly fake.

Here in this very thread, there are various images from yesterday.
