Some great irony there, with reacting to @prettybadtweets.
Think they should skip taking it out the oven and just go straight for cremation, the game is dead at this point. There is no excited hype anymore well apart from the astroturfing faithful.Jeez. This game really needed years longer in the oven. Though i guess some things just never come together in the end no matter what.
Regardless, i don't think i'll ever wait longer to play a game i was super hyped for than i will this one.
They are in a terrible spot at the moment. If they continue to promise stuff they can't keep they will look bad. At the same time if they abandon the game now they will look bad for all the games they want to release in the future (why would anyone bother getting their games if they all come out in a trash state?). I wouldn't want to be in their shoes right now. What a nightmare. I wonder what the chances are that they just end up abandoning the game and moving on.
It could've been worse, you could've been one of those cunts that paid £49.99. What kind of fucking astronomical idiot would pre order a game these days?I regret spending $10 on the disc
Fallout 76, Final Fantasy XIV.Has any developer ever ranked as badly as CDPR? Anthem was rough for BioWare, but they have a long track record. Can’t think of anyone else..
So my mantra in the beginning was wait for the definitive version for PS5 for ~$20. I did the same thing with Witcher 3 on ps4 and it worked well. When I saw the $10 deal at best buy I reasoned... Well they said the ps5 version will be here soon and this has a free upgrade, why not. Wtf is wrong with me?It could've been worse, you could've been one of those cunts that paid £49.99. What kind of fucking astronomical idiot would pre order a game these days?
Me of course.
Even more fun for me as I returned The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt within an hour of release, after the game was a buggy mess and kept crashing on the ps4. I've learnt my lessons now after buying two turds from this developer, don't buy another CDPR game is permanently burnt in to my subconsciousness.❤Some great irony there, with reacting to @prettybadtweets.
? It's doing pretty good, and people are still talking about it.the game is dead at this point.
It's almost as if GAF is more than one personI thought GAF was over this game yet here everyone is malding over this delay.
How many good games have they even made, one? I feel like people forget that the first Witcher got bad to tepid reviews, and the second one got mediocre reviews. I remember being surprised at the announcement of The Witcher 2, the first one was bargain bin fodder and no one cared about it.The good news is that people will stop putting CD Project on a pedestal and treat them as the multimillion dollar company they are.
not at retail it's not, seeing as retailers are pretty much giving it away now. Kind of find it ironic they were trying to bundle a steelbook with it like this thing has any chance of been collectible lol it's in the same company as fallout 76 for dumpster fire games. Feel sorry for any poor fuck who paid full price let alone the even higher costs for those bloated collector editions.? It's doing pretty good, and people are still talking about it.
An anonymous dev on reddit basically said as much. He and the team were expecting 2022 and 2020 was dropped on them out of nowhere
I mean why did those people release the game in 2020?... This game should have been a Fall 2021 release, the earliest...
You gotta link that shit broAn anonymous dev on reddit basically said as much. He and the team were expecting 2022 and 2020 was dropped on them out of nowhere
I doubt this game will even get a No Man’s Sky comeback. Better games and true next gen games will start rolling out leaving this shit in the dust as they take a year or two to even just patch it up.
I regret spending $10 on the disc

"Runs surprisingly well on last-gen consoles" No one will trust this company now.But hey everyone, it was ready fall 2020 right?
