20 minute state of play was way better than that shit
You and me both. This show was very underwhelming for me.Where’s my Quake and Evil Within 3?
Disappointments
No Plague Tale 2 date
Starfield, not sure about Redfall at all. Will be interesting to see when it comes. Forza is good for racing fans.H1 2023
You can bet your ass I'll put in 100~ hours in Persona 5 and similar in 4 and 3 when they release via game pass.
It's because Kojima himself will be released from Sony within 12 months.People keep saying that Microsoft wanted to focus on games coming out within 12 months, but then they announce a partnership with Kojima’s face. His game, whatever it is, won’t be out until 2027 with the way he was describing it.
lol @ the trolls criticizing the framerate of a game that comes out next year, and even if there wasnt a delay, thats still 6 months
So no Fable, Avowed, Perfect Dark, or Everwild.
I guess that confirms that they're are all a long way off.
Yeah that's the problem - I get they want games from every genre, but there's way too much filler.Yes but..... ...how many of those filler titles do you really plan to play?
and Yes!
Not coming in the next 12 months. Same with Avowed, Fable, State of Decay 3 etc.No Hellblade 2? The first game announced for XSX has barely shown anything.
I tried it out a while ago and it’s simply not for me. Starfield might be, but I get cautious now because a lot of the gameplay elements looks like NMS and Elder Scrolls, both are games I don’t enjoy very much....controls, crafting, story, design. I went back to No Man Sky. Even knowing everything that they added just doesn't change the fact that I dont enjoy playing the game.
LOL20 minute state of play was way better than that shit
No?
It's a common medieval asthetic. It looks great imo, why would you want to watercolor it?
yeah I'm wondering that as well, so now that we've had the showcase, what does Xbox Game Studios have releasing in 2022?a lot of 2023. there were some highlight with some of the indie games, persona announcement, High on life, starfield needs another year, no hellblade 2, no avowed, no fable, no Perfect Dark,
I mean what has Microsoft put out 2022? Riot games?

Not necessarily... Theoretically they could all come out in July 2023. Very unlikely but just because they weren't there doesn't mean you can assume anything since this show was just the next 12 months until MicrosoftE3 2023So no Fable, Avowed, Perfect Dark, or Everwild.
I guess that confirms that they're are all a long way off.
True, I skipped that part of FO4 and it’s the part I like the least with NMS.There's never been a Bethesda game that's forced you to resource hunt or craft.
all of Microsoft games have this nickelodeon play- dough silhouette look. Ugly greens, pinks, purples. It's like Microsoft purchased nickelodeon and toys r us at the same time. Bland textures, ugly color palette, stiff animation, kiddish look.
There is still another showcase on TuesdayRIP in peace Craig of War
That's mainly Xbox's treehouse event, for those here who want to see more gameplay footage than trailers. There is still another showcase on Tuesday
There is still another showcase on Tuesday
Grounded, As Dusk Falls, Pentiment are 2022Craig of War it’s not looking good for you brother.
LMAO Shit’s weak yo.Grounded, As Dusk Falls, Pentiment are 2022
Plus there is another showcase on Tuesday you celebrated too soon
Yup .. sad. Maybe gamescomOH shit I just realized Goldeneye was a no show
Wondering what happened with that, might be Gamescom to hit the anniversaryEven having Goldeneye for 2022 with online would have elevated this show massively for me.
I think Goldeneye will be at Nintendo showLMAO Shit’s weak yo.
But believe, I’m not celebrating shit. I’ve got Game Pass stacked until 2024 and my Series S is my most played console.
Even having Goldeneye for 2022 with online would have elevated this show massively for me.
Looks like it’ll be the backlog for me for the remainder of the year.
There is still another showcase on Tuesday
I am being realistic but i will wait until after the 2nd showcase before i make my final judgementBe realistic, dude; if they didn't show off some of the bigger games this showcase why would they save them for a smaller extended showcase?
You poor bastard. There is still another showcase on Tuesday
I am being realistic but i will wait until after the 2nd showcase before i make my final judgement
yeah I'm wondering that as well, so now that we've had the showcase, what does Xbox Game Studios have releasing in 2022?
after the Redfall & Starfield delays people kept saying just wait for the showcase, Xbox definitely has stuff for 2022 but it only seemed to be DLC? and I think As Dusk Falls is a 1st party published game?
Maybe in 6-8 years. 2029. There is so much trash being released and not being sold that it will eventually start to have an impact. Right now, their revenues are up and people are spending but people will stop eventually, and thats when it will hit.Video game crash 2.0 when?
Filler to us but not everyone. My kids and significant other loves playing these indie small games, kid games etc. We aren't the ONLY demo.Yeah that's the problem - I get they want games from every genre, but there's way too much filler.
The good ones are games like The Callisto Protocol, Warhammer Riptide, Stalker 2, and hopefully Atomic Heart.
