I can't believe someone noticed this. It's so incredibly subtle. They must have literally watched/played both of them in the same night by some perfect storm of happenstance.
What the whoa?!
You could almost claim extreme coincidences until this one, I think.
Unless that poster is some kind of universal symbol I don't know.
Whoaaaaaa. That's pretty compelling evidence. I guess their artists were just lazy and used it as reference, but wow, that's still pretty cool.
Maybe when they were searching for regular elementary schools in America, this came up first.
I bet that's the poster the person noticed to make the connection...

It has to be intentional since SH has a lot of references to music and movies in it

This makes me want to try to play through Silent Hill again.
how does that site list something involving the k gordon key and neglect to mention it's a reference to kim gordon from sonic youth?
K. Gordon is one of the teachers at Midwich Elementary School. Like the other teachers named in the school lobby, the name comes from a member of Sonic Youth, Kim Gordon.
They actually mention it in the K. Gordon House page

I got a kick out of the school bus. I mean what are the odds that a school has a bus!?! Great comparison though.
Whoever noticed this is some kind of... noticing ninja, or something
Arnold scwarzenegger should play Henry mason in a sh reboot
