I believe he was dead on, 100%. When the initial roster was released and guys like Cody/Guy/Elena/Dudley weren't present, lot's of people went after him for making things up but of course, those characters were all found on disc as DLC.

Actually he was 99% correct: He kept saying Leo was in...but it turned out to be Lei.
Also he didn't mention who would be DLC and who won't, whereas he did in MvC3.

I didn't see anyone went after lupinko for those dlc characters because many people already suspect it but what they went after him is that he said Leo instead of Lei. Just a damn vowel difference.

When these "friends at Gamestop" post a pic of it in their system or can actually confirm it exists, there, then I might believe. Anything coming from a mouth of a Gamestop employee is the least credible source of gaming information there could possibly be.

You guys, I have a friend who is a manager at Gamestop, and he 100% confirmed it's in their system.

You see how easy that is :p

Yeah, they have to keep stuff secret until they officially reveal it. He didn't deny anything completely though. "That is completely fake" could mean or refer to anything. Simply ignoring it would add fuel to the fire.

Probably just a beautiful troll.

Do you really think Capcom is not going to release a disc version of SFxT with all the DLC characters? I'm 100% sure they will even though they keep denying it.

So yeah, I won't believe anything until it happens. Can't believe the rumor just yet, and definitely cannot believe in anything Capcom says.

What details? The word of someone whose friend works at Gamestop and an image anyone with a basic understanding of photoshop could have whipped up? Since when does Gamestop have ads like that in their system? and this person downloaded it?
Right now there is no evidence to suggest this is real, and it's hilarious people believe this based on the evidence shown.

One of our local guys (GS Employee) checked the GameStop database and said he couldn't find anything about it. I doubt it's really in there.

Speaking of UMvC3, I've had a hell of a time finding a copy of it in stores. Nobody has it in stock. Did it get discontinued already? Has this been addressed in the thread?

Go check the off topic thread at the UMvC3 forum of SRK. Nini Heart(guy who gave us our overlord Zero) has confirmed one of his good friends went and got SFxT and a GS employee asked him if he wanted to reserve UMvC3X.

Either one huge troll or Seth/Sven are lying like they did with UMvC3 being in production.

Lupinko is the one we need now.

I'm gonna be so sad if after the stuff he was dropping for Ultimate, Lupinko decided not to deal with GAF after dealing with their witch hunt. Of all the times I'd like a simple "hai gaiz..."

$39.99 isn't bad at all...IF you never bought the first one of course.

Also, I still find it disappointing that you have to purchase Jill/Shuma for the Vita version. They should've been unlocked for the Ultimate console version.

I would actually get it for the Vita but I don't want to spend $10 extra dollars for characters that should've been unlocked.

About four people who claim they are gamestop employees say they have the game in the system. One even said he would take a picture of it. Due to it not being his real job. Either they all trolling or Capcom lying, as usual.

Well, Capcom has "lied" kinda about DLC and little things (or not given the whole story), andthen again, it's a message board rumor.

Who knows. I hope it happens though.

So it's sort of going to be like what they did with SFIV:AE? You can buy the disc with the tweaks and extra characters OR you can just download it.

I don't see a downside to that at all.

If this is an all new version all together, then yea, I can see a problem with that. Other than that however, I'm all for DLC.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was completely fake either, but I'll keep hope alive for Cyclops.

Yeah, that shit was a mess and it was crazy seeing the defense that people put up for their behavior last Summer. It was inexcusable as far as I'm concerned. I don't want to be put in the same category as those people. I hate Capcom's milking, but this would not be milking if true.

I was actually planning to get Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3 next week but now that this "rumor" is out, I'm gonna wait it out, even if the PR lies about it now, its still possible Capcom might release the game sometime in the near future....
