Blasting back a ton of projectiles still becomes an expensive proposition, but managing to hang onto enough ammo to throw back a particularly nasty barrage could be worthwhile.

As a person who mostly plays Soldier, If the cooldown was reduced, I'd hope the hitbox for it is reduced as well. It covers a huge area as is, and it doesn't take much range before a Pyro can effortlessly reflect rockets on reaction. The cooldown as it is combined with baiting airblasts gives me enough time to get a rocket in with impunity.
