Dear God...Avi Arad produced Daredevil, Elektra, Spiderman 3 and The Hulk movies. This doesn't look like a good track record. Pray he has a good director/writer to carry this for him because his record looks really cruddy. Jackman is still a very big name and does alot of things seemingly odd simply because he chooses to, so if he was an avid gamer then sure MGS could be something.

Thing is, I doubt it otherwise. Not like Jackman is even close to needing B level stuff or having his career hurting and need to take Video Game roles.

real steel was honestly a better than expected flick. not really a kids movie in my opinion. just a fun film with some heart to it
