I understand where you're coming from, but there's never going to be a perfect solution that solves all of the developers problems and works for every single user. IIRC, Harada made it so that the online pass in Tekken could be used by more than one account. Maybe that's the solution. Or maybe someone could make an online pass that was tied to one account, but once it was on a machine any user could have access to it.

Either way, we should be able to have and voice different opinions without things coming to that.

Are my scenarios that outrageous? I've run into them multiple times. I've stop buying and playing games as a result. Not to mention the hassle of having to put in the code when I just want to play the fucking game I bought without dealing with bullshit would be nice.

I can't speaks for Xbox's but both of your issues are easily solved on ps3. Share with your bro and have your account on both systems.


It's extra leg work but it's not the end of the world.

and it's also rare for people to own multiple systems of the same type in one household. So you'd be a rarity in that regard.

AND at the end of the day there are worse bullshit than online passes.

That's about it!

I haven't found online passes to keep same console users off the game on 360, as a matter of fact, TTT2 allows pair play on the same console to go online, so an online pass for this shouldn't be an issue.

As long as the pass is tied to your console / saves, and not just the gamertag / names, all should be ok.

It has an online pass. Don't see the big deal. Online passes work with all accounts and can be shared.

Oh, I absolutely agree. My point was just how I find Hinako more entertaining than Taka or Honda because she subverts the sumo wrestler stereotype by being a tiny, high school girl. :p

I'm not going to go into detail about why I hate online passes here. I just expressed my discontent and will avoid buying the game until I see it at $30 or below. It's really that simple. I'm not going to argue my point with fighting types(the second most stubborn kinds of fans besides maybe SH fans), troll the thread or the game. I'm just disappointed as hell since this was my second most hyped fighter of the year after Skuuuuuuullgirls.

TTT2 being locked isn't as big a deal. I approached that game the same way I did Persona(tempered expectations). I have some stuff I have to purchase so this saves me more cash for that and steam sales anyway.

Principle thingie that isn't worth discussing. Have any good videos to watch for now? The last videos I watched were Eliot vs Brad Wong and Helena vs Lisa which were AMAZING(Brad was so fucking awesome to watch again).

I know why people hate Online Passes but I thought people would grow a tolerance to this ass spanking the Video game companies does to it's most diehard fans now. I mean yeah it sucks for people and all but you know, video games companies are a business first and entertainment provider second. At least the game does not have you required to have an online connection to even play the game in the first place

Best character of course, Ryu Hayabusa. Main since DOA1. I don't see any of those other chumps with their own game series since the NES. :p

I wouldn't worry too much about it. He has more throws now but it seems like all of his good old moves are still intact from watching video of him.

She was awesome in NG2 Sigma and NG3. I feel that her character model is kinda wasted opportunity to be used just for that small portion of NG parts.

But than again, they would have to create whole new movesets, and probably have to redo the modeling from NG3.

It would so be worth it for the team to develop a new moveset for her. They've created a great character, why not?! I'd change my vote from Vanessa.

I was also maybe wondering about Rio from DOA Paradise. I thought it could've been her too.
