It's alright. It suffers from being a massive FFVII wannabe, and pales in comparison.

A lot of people will probably hate me for this, but the worst two DLC characters for me would be Lightning and Sora. Lightning because she's not that great and Square Enix seems determined to shove her down our throats. Sora...well I'm not a fan of the Kingdom Hearts seres, and it's not that I hate the character, but I've already realized that there's no way Disney would budge on that front so to see the character repeatedly requested just kind of bugs me. If Disney seemed more...approachable? Yeah, I'd have no problem with Sora.

Ignoring that reason though, I can't think of any character I'd hate to be in this game more than Lightning. Maybe Street Fighter Ryu/Akuma/Ken/any other shoto. Chun-Li would be a better choice.

Rose was undeniably the best character in the game from what I remember. My reasoning early on was that, if Cloud were to make it in PASBR, then Rose should get in over Dart for sure.

I think we’ll see. PlayStation All-Stars doesn’t necessarily directly coincide to battle royale with four players. There are a variety of games we could potentially make to satisfy that “PlayStation All-Stars condition”. Like the capture the flag game I mentioned. It really just depends on what the fans are looking for and conversations with Sony, and how that shakes out. I’m really interested in seeing what fans are saying, and going from there.

Just shut up Omar. If the game sells you'll do a superior sequel like fans want. If game bombs that CTF game will bomb even harder so you'll do something else.

I'm looking forward to him. I've never played Starhawk, but the "Build & Battle" system sounds like it'll make for a very unique character. It's also worth mentioning that Starhawk is technically an entry in the Warhawk series, and having a playable character to represent those games makes sense.

If I remember correctly Tombas ip holder would like him to be in the game so we shall see. Same situation with Abe, Disagea character and *sigh* Ty the Tasmanian Tiger.

Our conversation actually began with the rumor that the eponymous, pig-tossing, platforming hero may be making an appearance in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. John said he didn’t know much about it, but would be glad to introduce SuperBot Entertainment to Tokuro Fujiwara (director of the Tomba! series) or whoever at Whoopee Camp would be necessary to get him included in the game.

Sam here, I mained DJ in Super Street Fighter 4 mainly because of it. I tried storm in UMVC3 but the Frank was too fun, they totally hurt my She Hulk from MVC3.
