I've never gotten the whole 'chick drink' thing. If a drink tastes or sounds good I'll drink it. It reminds me of the ridiculous 'white iPhones are for girls' thing that went around, and still goes around a bit. Such hilariously arbitrary reasons for something to be classified as female.

Cadillac Margarita, rocks, salt. Why? I love Margaritas but 9/10 are dreadful. Cadillac addsa a float of Grand Marnier and USUALLY but not always ups the tequila from well garbage to decent. This is basically a safe way to ensure the Margarita is at least tolerable, and sometimes results in something amazing.

Negroni, Old Fashioned, Gin & Tonic, Tom Collins etc... depends. Always a gin-based drink for a cocktail though (aside for the Old Fashioned, but that's rare), unless they make good mojitos.

Various beers if the place has good stuff. Always interested in trying new brews. I love having a poor man's black velvet in the Summer on a terrace.
