Is Sigma 2 Plus also at 30 fps? If so, then I'd assume Vita NG3 would be 30fps.

When Nintendo publishes something in a territory, it stays exclusive to Nintendo consoles in that territory. Examples: Just Dance stayed exclusive to the Wii in Japan (published by Nintendo), Goldeneye 007 stayed exclusive to the Wii in Japan (published by Nintendo), and Samurai Warriors 3 stayed exclusive to the Wii in Europe and America (published by Nintendo).

Nintendo published Razor's Edge in America and Europe...so this is Japanese-only.

I'm OK with it. I definitely notice it but the game still plays well enough that I'm happy to make the trade-off to have a handheld version.

No, there is no option to go back, you can die and choose "no" when they ask you if you want to continue. Maybe you can try a soft reset, not sure how it's done in vita.

No, that would be the original NG3 release on PS3/360. I would've had to buy a Wii U next month for Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate anyway. Not a big deal.
