I honestly cannot wait for E3 as I'm sure they'll be some big surprises, some of which will pertain to Final Fantasy. Also because all this insanity will finally end or at least die down. Square really need to make an official statement on the progress of Versus, if it isn't indeed next gen by now (I happen to think it's a PS4 exclusive at this point).

Nobody here knows anything concrete I'd wager, some people have snippets, most will be under NDAs. Even then i bet the info isn't all that noteworthy. Obviously Square know where things are at, but until E3 at the earliest we won't know what their future plans are.

Weird rumors to be honest. The first poster's rumors are so vague they could really mean anything, and the second's are almost too specific. Plus, that second poster seems so spiteful towards Kagari. Could be a banned Gaffer just trying to stir up shit for all we know.
And honestly FFXII x ATB would appeal to me just as much as an action game. The most interesting thing about Versus to me has always been exploration aspects. And the combat in those early trailers never looked all that fantastic to me anyways.
