Maybe its up scaled to 1080P and not native.

30fps has already been confirmed by Criterion, same as PS3 and 360. They haven't mentioned res as far as I know but I'm betting 720p.

Right. There's no way they're both driving. Which is why I think the trailer is a little misleading. Only one person is driving, the other person is hitting options.

Pretty excited for this. Never got the chance to play the 360/PS3/PC release even though I loved the original Most Wanted. With Criterion behind the steering wheel though I'm pretty hyped for this definitive version.

Every NINTENDO published game will be on eShop day one. As far as third parties it's up to them. With that said, Ubisoft does a pretty good job of getting their stuff on eShop right away.
