Depends on the game, but easy especially if there's a guide somewhere. I don't know a lick of Japanese other than a few words and such and it's pretty easy.

and I'm still not sure about the entire rumor since Ubi Sofia now with the other poor studios working on consoles AssCreeds.
Also with "Phoenix" in the title that will mean it should have China as the setting and this is something Ubi will not do(at least not on handhelds).
but lets wait and see.

Didn't the Rising Phoenix leaked stuff have Ubisoft's Digital Arts film studio name on it? I doubt it's a new Vita game (as Toto mentioned, Sofia is working on AC4) - it's probably just a short film or something.
It would be kind of lame, though. A second AC on Vita could have seen a decent improvement and possibly have been great.

Needed a cheap game to get past the $50 mark and ended up with the Uncharted card game. Actually like it way more than I ever thought I would. I like to just keep it running on my desk and play a few moves between loading times on my PC games.
Yeah,it's a shame,Sofia managed to bring legit AssCreed experience on handhelds,sure the game was rushed and fill of bugs(still) but I thought Ubi will give them the chance to improve things with a sequel,but NO..Ubi just made them another one of the poor studios that make the yearly console AssCreed games.
I had my doubts about Persona 4; I was really skeptical of all the sim-linking/sim-dating stuff but holy crap I'm so damn hooked to this game I love everything about this game. I was extremely surprised at how hard it is for me to balance the activities from day to day; I figured that the choices would be obvious but every aspect of this game is so well integrated with one another. Now if only you could go gay for some of the characters, then this game would have been perfect

Yeah, I'm sure Sofia is crying themselves to sleep at the prospect of being attached to a surefire 10 million+ seller.
The fact that they're contributing to AC4 doesn't mean they're also not working on their own game.

I dunno - do people actually go into game development just so they can assist other companies make games? Wouldn't they rather be making their own games?
It's like musicians - you have a lot of studio musicians and back up singers who can make a decent career. But I have to think deep inside they got into the business to be the main act. Even on a smaller stage. (For instance, one of Rod Stewart's former guitarists plays at a club near me, all the time presumably because he'd rather headline there than be a supporting player elsewhere )
I think devs will like to work on their ideas rather been just an extra forced labour under Ubi Montreal control,they made Ghost Recon Shadow Wars which was good,Ubi is wasting their talents now imho.

The last Capcom poll I took mentioned Mega Man Battle Network HD. Nothing came out of it, unsurprisingly. I'm not even going to bother this time.
I'm surprised Capcom acknowledged the existence of the Vita on that survey.

and releasing it on Vita only will hurt Koei (the Vita big exclusive MonHon clone sale numbers were very bad)

When was that poll? I recall a similar poll from some months ago that mentioned the Megaman series.
It looks visually great, i really can't imagine the psp version being this good.
Obviously there will be people that will buy it on psp, but that could be a good thing, people would see the difference between the two versions and may decide to do the upgrade.

Huh, that's weird. Surely it's all a part of the PSN wallet system so that's the only thing that matters. :S
