Which is what's so strange about him. The description sounds awesome but looking at his design and gameplay bit makes him look rather dull.
Stanley is funny but he just doesn't match up to some of the cool fighting and art concepts of a lot of the popular characters.
I would say further down the line there will definitely be a need for a bit more of humor-based fighting where a shark is biting your head off or obliterating you with the power of science.

- Adam: This would be my choice. It makes a lot of sense that the male representative is kind of a plain joke in a game called Skullgirls.
- Beowulf: My second option. A badass normal guy.
- Brain Drain.
- Isaac: Counts as an uber/mysterious character as well.
- Panzerfaust: Cyborg and big guy? Too similar to Big Band to be chosen now.
For the non-human characters:
- Stanley: This would be my choice. While not my favorite, he's clearly the most fleshed out and fresh.
- Ottomo: My second option. He makes sense.
- Andy: Counts as a joke character as well.
- Yu-Wan.
- Samson: A big guy just got in. Give it some time.
For the cute characters:
- Annie: This would be my choice. She's the closest to Peacock's category, cute badass.
- Minette: My second option. I hate her design though so I don't think I'll vote for her.
- Umbrella: Counts for the story as well.
- Feng.
- Hive: Too similar to Q-Bee at the moment. I think she need a Ms. Fortune treatment.

This whole campaign has me playing through Skullgirls story mode. There's a lot of little references to some of these new characters which is neat. Just noticed in Peacock's opening, when she's woken up she's wearing slippers based on Annie's rabbit. I dig how big and well thought out the whole Skullgirls universe is. Lots of clues here and there hinting at bigger stories/characters/etc.
