Gyakuten Saiban 5 (Ace Attorney 5): Limited Editions announced, boxart, 7/25 release

OMG FLAWLESS.

The prosecutor looks like a bad bitch. And I'm glad Apollo's back, he didn't get proper character development in his own damn game

Hoping for some redemption.

The sales from this better prompt Capcom to bring over AAI2 and PW vs Layton.

Considering Sven had to fudge the numbers to even get this localised, I think it's safer to say the sales from this will be the final nail in the coffin of western Ace Attorney releases. At least we look to be going out on a high note.

Oh man, that figure. Those DLC costumes. That everything.

NA pls.

Apollo should've been in his captain harlock outfit on the cover.

I hope this prosecutor is the second-coming of Manfred Von Karma in terms of tenacity.

Klaiver was lame in how he was essentially helping out Apollo solve cases in-mid trial.

GIMME AN AMERICAN RELEASE DATE ALREADY

And remove Apollo from the game's box art. And the game. And existence.

Apollo sucks.

That doesn't get a spoiler!

Screenshot dump.

Shamelessly stolen for the OP, thanks.

I'm liking Jin's look in court. He's cocky, which isn't much different from Klavier or Lang, but I get the feeling he'll be much more aggressive and after the defendant than they were.

Just reading his profile screams "nicer than he actually looks" guy.

I don't really understand why Setsuna from Last Blade 2 decided to go into law, but I'm down with it.

(game looks amazing, want it yesterday)

I need this, I need this, I need this now.

Unfortunately, this will probably be the last Ace Attorney game ever released outside of Japan unless some miracle happens.

Are those from case 2? I was mainly going for those, but more screenshots of this amazing game is always good.

I would guess so (the prosecutor ones overlapped with yours so I didn't include them), but the ones that you didn't have I took from the character bio pages.

According to Apollo's character profile on the site, after the events of AA4, he stuck with Phoenix at the law firm, and serves as a senior of sorts to Kokone, offering her advice and such.

Cannot wait for this. I'm so glad Capcom didn't just dump Apollo.

Dang it, I really hope we get the figure in the US, or Capcom sells it separately.
Why are there no other Phoenix toys.

Each game has sold less than the previous game in NA, and AAI was outsold by Okamiden. It probably is to the point where the costs of localizing the games are greater than the revenue they would bring in.

The first one was a surprise hit, and they've had to reprint all the games at least once, so they must be doing fine.

AAI bombed like all hell, but you can thank piracy for that bugger.
