It's weird that it drops in that trailer like that, because the E3 showfloor footage I've seen of that same scene doesn't seem to have such a severe frame drop at all.

I could never understand anything in gameplay videos from Bayo 1. Same with this one, I have no clue what's going on. All I know is that Bayo 1 was cool to play and so will be this one

There's definitely a screw-up, the video may say 60 in the specs, but it isn't being shown in proper 60fps, more like each frame is shown twice.
Platinum was guilty of this last time when they uploaded the 101 trailer in January, they accidentally uploaded it in 30fps, then they replaced it with the correct one afterward.

The game shows on both the pad and the TV at the same time, I'm worried that this would prevent them from going full-force with the graphics as outstanding as it already looks.
Is this a misconception? Maybe if both screens show the same thing then it has no effect, and it's only if both screens show 2 different perspectives?
