In this age of smart phones with decent cameras, I don't get it.
I do see what appears to be a 4 in the title, so it's probably not a Vita title.
All I can think is if they are leaking something that shouldn't be, then they are trying to take the picture quickly and somewhat discreetly??

Agreed. I also thought there were a bit too many (or too frequent) cut scenes for a portable game. But yeah overall it was enjoyable.

The 4 in the title casts some shadow of doubt over the leak but the last screenshot seems to be a portable title and not PS3.
I don't believe this rumor though. Most likely, it is fake just like GOW: Redemption for Vita/PS4 thingy.

That's not exactly what he said. Basically just that Tearaway, Rayman Legends, Killzone and the FFX remasters are coming, and we should expect more big reveals at Gamescom. Doesn't seem like he has any inside info.

please Sony stop milking that that ip already and give it long (3 years+) rest, and I feel bad for Bend, they are a good studio that stuck in doing rehashes for a tired series and can't make their own thing anymore.

I guess I could have worded it better, but I was including them as a baseline as what the writer was thinking of as big titles. Just saying big titles means everyone immediately assumes their their own personal wishlist is getting announced.
yeah, sadly Sony is the absolute worst in the milking and getting their your fans bored department, they threw Ratchet games one after another without a break or thinking, the same thing with God of War and now with Uncharted, the quality always drop and fans get tired and series decline, Sony need to stop this and learn how to give their IPs (and fans of these games) time to breath.
So what games would you guys have Sony make? One day it's "Man - Sony needs to bring its 'AAA' IPs to Vita NOW - why don't Sony give a shit?!" And "Look at Nintendo! They're bringing all their major IPs to the 3DS!!!"
Then it's - "Uncharted Vita?! Fuck that shit - we've had 4 Uncharted games - that series is SOOOO boring"
Not to mention - "Can't wait for Killzone on VIta!!!" The first of 2 killzone titles THIS YEAR.
In an age where COD, Assassins Creed etc. exist and make the biggest money for their publishers are you really surprised this is the standard fare for game publishers right now?
Just look at the release list, its 90% going to be sequels.

it's not about new ips, it's about stop throwing the same thing year after year, some changes and some variety, Why not some older IP (PS2 era, PSone era) that need to come back (Ape Escape, Jak, Arc the Lad, Dark Cloud, Drakan, Mark of Kri, Colony Wars, G-Police..ect), Playstation brand existed before PS3.
it's different for KZM, the vita game is the first time a KZ game in made by decent developer (Cambridge).

Those franchises NEED to come back do they? For what reason? For you - so you can finally be happy about a game coming to Vita? For the general consumer who wants big name franchises on the machine? For Sony who actually want to make money? Stop trying to pass off your opinion as fact - it is endlessly tiring.
And it's different because it's a game you want, no other reason.

No. I'd be happy if they bring back some of their older ips to PS4 or even PS3, not about Vita here, I'm sick of countless Kratos, Uncharted, Ratchet rehashes, it's bad to see talented studios wasted their time on tired series.
the revival of Sly (PS2 era ip) with Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time -which was a good more and a quality game- tell me there is a tiny hope for better future somewhere at SCE.

Thank you - that's what I wanted to hear. Don't get me wrong; I would love to see a Colony Wars on the Vita (or on PS4) - I would love to see Sony ROTATE its IPs - maybe build up a stable (like Nintendo has) of say... 10-15 and rotate them through releases, in the down periods of, say, Uncharted, the demand grows for another while people are buying... God of War etc

Throw that Uncharted 2: Vita, with multiplayer this time, I don't care if they recycle the best maps from U2 and U3. Golden Abyss was pretty good and was a good seller.
If is the same account on both Vitas, yes, you can do that. And the all PS+ perks will be avaliable.

Yep, you can tie your account to two PS3s and two Vitas and they'll all get PS+ benefits.

I think almost every VITA owner must have played UC: GA by now. It is available on PS+ along with Gravity Rush and i assume that every VITA owner must have PS+.
If that is the case, Uncharted sequel on VITA is the next logical and safest bet since the audience is already there and if they loved the original, they will definitely buy the sequel

It's definitely fake. These 'angled shots of logos' leaks are never real.
I love my Vita but what exactly is so great about the OLED screen...3D games (Gravity Rush, UCGA, etc...) look jaggy as hell, even the home screen on the vita is jaggy...kinda wish they didnt use circular shapes for icons.
Also the OLED blotches on a dark background are kind of annoying. Playing some "Thomas was Alone" and with the black level outside of the play area, the blotches kind of stand out.
Is it just impressive to people who dont already have an iphone 5 or something?

I have a high end phone and the screen is similarly great.
Blotches are an issue for like a millisecond when the screen goes all black, sometimes, you think we should go back to LCD because of that lol?
Jaggies are to do with the game.
Don't forget your phone will cost 2-3x as much as a Vita.
Blotches are in games with dark areas constantly on the screen such as Thomas was Alone. I can live with it though, it's just slightly annoying.
You are right about the price comparison though...retina devices are 3x as much.
