I don't really think that's true. Only when it comes to hockey, then they're our archrivals. Other than that, I think we just feel closer to Denmark and Norway than we do to Finland. Possibly because of the language (Swedish, Norwegian and Danish are basically dialects of the same base language, while Finnish really has nothing in common with it). But no, we don't hate Finland. It just feels like a more distant neighbor, even though geographically it isn't.
It's unique and cool because they're European.

The hockey nerds might hate them, rivalry in sports and all that bullshit, but all us other swedes just think that they're, i don't know, funny - ridiculous even. Fact is that Sweden have a lot more in common with Norway and Denmark, than Finland. Finland used to be "famous" for their vodka but nowadays we're pretty famous for our own vodka; Absolut Vodka.

I don't know about water, but tubing down a hill in the winter is a joy I have yet to replicate.
Those are obviously cherry-picked from the candidates of the parliamentary election; anyone who is eligible to vote is also eligible for candidacy so it attracts all sorts of types.
