There was never any doubt that self-published titles weren't coming to Xbox. The only ??? in regards to such titles was Below, Minecraft and World of Tanks.

We already know Below is a timed-exclusive, and Minecraft will be on all Playstation platforms. World of Tanks is still unknown.

Remember, F2p games are available for everyone on the PS4 but only Gold subscribers on the XB1. Theoretically this will mean the PS4 versions of these games will have bigger online communities which is a HUGE issue for these types of games.

I wouldn't have to wait to play Titanfall on PS4 if MS spent more money on building studios to make exclusive content instead of moneyhatting 3rd party games. MS can afford to outspend Sony on moneyhatting the industry (temp exclusives, DLC time exclusives).

Doesn't change the fact that MS come on strong the first few years of their console life with interesting IP's then fizzle out (falling back to Halo, Gears, Fable).

It's amazing how short sided people are. Based on track record, Sony is far more committed to releasing great content (both sequels and new IPs) throughout an entire gen vs. MS. Just because they've placed a heavy emphasis on Indies doesn't mean they don't have a bunch of great AAA 1st party stuff in the oven. MS has a lot more to prove in my eyes, they're off to a decent start but lets see how long that lasts before they go back to their old ways.

I doubt most will be only 3 months exclusive. Many will likely be longer than that, some maybe even never coming to XO at all. Hard to say at this point.

I enjoyed War Thunder. It should surprise a lot of people if they haven't played it already.

I think it's excellent. Everything right down to where damage is inflicted affects the aircraft. Such as ripping up the tail flap with gun fire causes you to not be able to turn anymore (one of the areas where a real controller shines over mouse control as you can adjust your flying to allow the wing flaps to do the turning for you).

It's a really good game that won't come to XBO until MS changes their policies about Crossplatform play. First FFIV, now this. Time for another 180 MS.

I had fond memories of that game. Weird how that game crosses over with Warframe.

Warframe is great, in a work-in-progress kind of way. The core movement and gunplay and sword fighting still needs tuning, but its satisfying. There are also a lot of sticky investment systems under the hood,with some interesting effects on gameplay.

My only gripe really is how damn expensive platinum is - if you want to buy anything with real money in-game, there's very little of what I'd call "micro"-transactions. That and I trust their PC (non-steam) biller as much as I trust my landlord, which is less than "not at all".

Still, very much looking forward to this on the PS4, and good for DE for expanding onto the Bone.
