Fringe The Complete Series Bluray
Amazon UK had it on for 45GBP. At less than a tenner a season, I couldn't say no. I've only seen the first three seasons. Looking forward to watching it all.

Robocop Trilogy Bluray
Remake trailer put me in the mood for the original. I was just going to buy the first, but the trilogy was only 2 pound more. I've never seen the sequels. I've heard the second is just OK and that I may as well use the third movie as a drinks coaster.

Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood Part 1, Part 2 and The Girl Who Leapt Through Time Bluray
Been on an anime kick since I got Eden of the East. I've seen the original Full Metal Alchemist and look forward to checking this one out. Never really investigated much, but I'm guessing it's more faithful to the anime? I've had The Girl Who Leapt Through Time on my movies to watch list forever and I don't know why it's taken me so long to grab it.

Batman The Dark Knight Returns and Mud Bluray
Really looking forward to checking out Mud. Take Shelter was one of my favourites of 2011 and the buzz for Mud has been great.

Kind of went a bit nuts lately. After GTA5, I'm going super frugal for a while.

You saw the best three seasons already. It kind of went downhill a bit in terms of story and production values. I really wish they had a bigger budget and different writers for the final season especially becauae the series was so good and ended of on a bad note. But I know its too hard to not want to finish it after seeing the first 3 seasons. All the other pick ups you made were great as well.

Eh, here's a vote for the opposite opinion. Past season 3 is when it gets into the heavily serialized stuff and moves away more from the "case of the week" format. You needed that to get to this point but the evolution is definitely nothing to frown upon!

Bought brand new, metal slug 7 and contra 4 on this thing is 2d heaven, I still can't get over how good the screen is, or why its so good, the low pixel density and super crisp sharpNess make 2d games so delicious.

I like those honey whiskeys as well from time to time. Especially Jack Daniel's. Good choice.

Not too bothered about the Jim Beam Honey, it just tastes like it's been sweetened a bit rather than the honey taste JD has.

Jim Beam's Red Stag Cherry is amazing though.

Final Fantasy VIII

It's unfortunately used, but I got it for super cheap and aside from the small crack on the front of the case, it's otherwise PRISTINE. The discs are absolutely perfect and it even includes a mini-strategy guide.

So with the purchase of Final Fantasy VIII, I've reached another of my collection goals, which was to collect [at least one version of] every mainline Final Fantasy game (meaning the numbered games, not including sequels or spinoffs, and not including 11 or 14 since they're MMOs).

(I hope this is okay to post here. If not, I'll edit it out.)

My first wave of online ordered loot just arrived. First are these beauty from Play-Asia
Funny thing is that I ordered AA: Trial and Tribulation and AA: Phoenix Wright first back in the end of August but it didn't shipped yet because of backordered unit.

Then my biggest order of books yet

What's the inside?

These books are for for my friends

then these are to add even more to my already ridiculous backlog of everything:

My last good of today is just cheap vacuum flask and food container for my everyday needs.

I was on vacation in August and bought way too much in that time (and in the last couple of days).

So... very long post incoming!

Stumbled upon a copy of Metal Storm at Goodwill. It was not priced and from the sounds of it shouldn't have been on the show floor as I think Goodwill now does online auctions for some of their video game stuff. It went to the back and got a price check of $10, so I was ok with that although $2 or $3 would have made for a better story.

Also graduated in August and finally got my diploma last week. Time to get a real job.

Cock Strain, Lifetime Warranty
I remember liking this Indiana Jones game, although I only recall whipping enemies to death in the demo. Any good?
I too have only played the demo, but I remember having a blast with it. I guess this haul is “ good licensed games", since even OutRun required the OK from Ferrari!

Metal Storm goes for like $50 now, so still a good deal.
Congrats on graduating!

How does it feel?

I thought it would feel good, like a weight was lifted off my shoulders, but now it just feels like 3000x the weight was thrown on. I guess maybe once I get a job and into the swing of things the anxiety of failing may subside, but hey that is what got me through college so maybe it'll help me get through my job search as well.

As I usually do I'll be posting a pickups video of the last months pickups. Last month, I really didn't get anything aside of EarthBound and Might Switch Force 2...this month however, I spent $400 on a HUGE NINETY TWO BOOK HAUL!

Video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nqtZaaWAzSc (This is like...a very long video lol.)

I now have a humongous book backlog. D:

Yeah, shouldn't have spent so much money on books, but atleast I got enough to mid next year lol. (Excluding some series I need to finish...)

I also got Pikmin 3, Mario & Luigi 4, New Super Luigi U, and seven Pokemon Rumble U figures. Glorious month.

How is Colorful? Been thinking about grabbing that, too..

Hmm, I enjoyed it quite a lot. If the premise grabs you and if you enjoy slow and reflective films you'll probably like it. There's a good amount of realism to it as well, and the writing is solid. This review convinced me to give it a watch.

I actually haven't seen the movie yet - hoping it's at least half as good as the first one.

The music is Balance & Composure - Things We Think We're Missing. Absolutely loved their first album and this one is even better.
