I wish I'd bought this on Steam as many of us who bought directly from Telltale cannot log into their servers to authenticate our username & password. Not that anyone outside of their forums would know this because Telltale are far too happy to post the review scores instead.

THis is ridiculous, I checked the PS blog and apparently we'd have to wait before the season pass gets available.. How long is the wait? I dont know.. Nobody in Telltale saw the need of a season pass be up the same time or before the 1st episode the entire duration of this game's development? It's like the got some agenda in here. -_-
Oh well, i'm still happy the feedbacks fron Ep 1 are great.

About the same. Just over 90 minutes here. Felt longer to me though.

Yeah I think the intensity adds to the sense of time cos you don't dare look away.

Overall I enjoyed it. Albeit things were a bit 'go here, do that' initially there were definite 'OMG' moments in there, and the style of the characters looks less severe than in Season 1. I hope episode 2 isn't too far away.

Worried my laptop won't be able to run this. Think I'll do a replay of the Vita version next time it goes on sale and then buy this for that.

Mine occasionally chugged out and dropped me to desktop, telling me I didn't have enough memory available. I'm running a GTX 740M with 8 gigs of RAM, so I don't see how that's possible. Does the same with Fallout 3.

Did yours run Season 1 fine? Mine had a few issues but it was generally spot-on.

I posted this on the spoilers thread and thought I'd ask here too, anyone else have an issue on the PC version where parts of the screen would be all blurry for no apparent reason?

Gonna have to speed run through Season 1 or something since I couldn't figure out a way to transfer my save file to Season 2 and I just re-installed the game (which still won't launch through Steam w/o compatibility mode, which is great). Ah well.

That's putting it mildly.

It's somewhat ironic that the people who purchased from Telltale cannot play and the illegal version works fine (based on posts in the Telltale forum). I'm now getting a "You don't own this game" message instead of a server connection error so it looks like Telltale are slowly fixing the issue...

works for Gamestop (lol)
I'm guessing theres no way to transfer my PSN save somehow to Steam if I never played Season 1 on PC?

I was really hoping the dog would have been your companion. did not expect it to to be killed off so quickly :(. TT means bizness.

This is one of the reasons that scene was so great.
You went in thinking, "Oh! Hey! They're totally going to pull a Fable and give Clem a dog for a companion. NOPE! Total defiance of expectations.

There's a guy in those forums calling people that are upset about this situation "entitled, grabby whiners". We live in a demented time.
The idiot posting as SketchyGalore? I wish there was a ignore user function as he seems to be getting off on shit stirring people.

Same here the forums are flooded with the same complaints no real answer from TT as of yet :(

Absolutely awful situation. It baffles me that telltale seems to consistently get a free pass on pulling shit like this on its customers. The save bug, engine issues, the list goes on. We see the gushing praise in the press and they never get called out on this bollocks. At least a "We are aware of the issue and are looking into it" tweet/forum post would attempt to save face. Seems their crisis management is consistently just radio silence.

Apparently, in Telltale's eyes, I don't own the game now.

I didn't even want the Telltale site version, I wanted the Steam version but GMG dicked me over and now I can't play. I'm very close to calling American Express and pulling the plug on these bastards.

Someone should make a thread about this. I know that Telltale employees post here once in a while, presumably only to receive praise, but the next time they rear their heads they should be hammered relentlessly on their unscrupulous business practices.

Apologies. Haven't played through one yet.

What a fantastic start to seasons 2!!

Now about
my last choice, chose the older dude since I'd rather be with a trusted dude with a leg scratch/bite than that other guy that probably would have shot me in the face.
But more important, in the next episode I know
who isn't dead.................. IT'S FUCKEN LEE - bitch closed her eyes, shot, missed, and ran away. Lee got rid of the zombie arm (which works according to the older dude), grabbed the keys to the handcuffs from the guard next to him, and searched everywhere for Clem.....#teamLEE

That was freaking phenomenal. One question though. 75% of you monsters on Steam chose to
save Nick
. Why. Why would you do this.

In total agreement,
the old dude was way more trust worthy, it could be just a scratch, cutting it off might work, even if he dies, better to be alone than with nick, that guy is far too jittery and does not make me feel safe

Man, Telltale does not disappoint. Episode 1 was fantastic.

I saved Christa, I killed the dog, I didn't give water to the guy who was dying, I didn't accept Nick's apology, and I went with Pete.

Episode 2 needs to get here, because I think we're all excited to see URBAN again.

For some reason the right stick on my wired 360 controller isn't working with season 2 (on Mac). I have no problems with season 1 and The Wolf Among Us. Does anyone else have this problem too?

Aaaand I'm finally in the game. It happened after I did the canned fix being given out on the Telltale forums, but I've done that a couple times prior with no success so I'm not sure if that was why I was able to get on. It's worth trying to log in again for anybody facing issues.

So how much are you guys seeing your Season 1 decisions factor in?

I really don't want to have to set up my 360 again to continue from that file. I'd like to play the PC version.

2 reasons.

1) Zombite
2) It doesn't matter because the one you didn't pick is gonna die by the end of next episode
.

What does the older dude say when you go after him? Nick got mad at me for not trying to help.

I loved Season 1, but I unfortunately lost my save, and I REALLY don't feel like going back and playing through it. I'd like to play 400 days and then move on to Season 2.

Am I going to miss out on a lot not having a save from Season 1? Or is there any introduction to S2 that let's you pick some S1 decisions, or something like that? I just really don't wanna have to go back and play through S1 all over again, I already have enough games to catch up on.

The game says that it randomly chooses decisions if you do not have a valid Season 1 Save (or for any unanswered Season 1 Chapters). So I'm afraid you can't choose any S1 decisions through S2.
