People saying it looks like shit/crap/poopoo must have never played an ALPHA before. I know I haven't, just Betas.. until now.

Ehh... I could believe it. Not sure if saying the file size would be breaking the NDA, but it is a really small file, ridiculously small for the content it has.

Can any titan carry more than one person? Like, a pilot and a passenger? Or a pilot and a passenger / enemy held by the titan?

It is. Consider most next gen releases were in the 20gb + Most in the 40gb. Hell, even Call of Duty Ghosts was 50gb. Granted, I think there were a couple games that were below 20gb, but were really really shitty.
The DL size of this Alpha is unbelievably small. So yeah, it's definitely going to be compressed.

Ehh this is a short demo (alpha) alpas or betas are never big in file size.

These +20GB are full games with full contents. Unless we know excatly how many maps the alpha has, that size doesn't mean anything.

Textures definitely look downscaled. If they had problems with texture sizes (which is unrealistic with 8GB of RAM) they would have worked around those limitations.
It has happened before I remember playing one or two betas that shipped with muddy-ass textures.

I'm just being optimistic. If you guys think that a small file like this can have full resolution + all the stuff that is included in the alpha, then I guess.

Oh okay. Well I'm just paranoid about what I can and can't say (with regards to GAF policy). I mean, as I said - I respect that this is an Alpha, and I think people are going to be unfair and harsh on the content. So apart of me doesn't want to say anything, because I do think it will get much better in the final release.
But that's just what I believe. So I'm kind of weary of what I say. That + the NDA, I'm not sure if NeoGAF wants people talking about stuff when they have an NDA, or what their policy is on that (even though the NDA was for the individual, not the forum).
