1UP's Complete E3 Schedule
Live streaming conferences, podcasts, 1UP Show!

Even though the 1UP Network's off site for the next week covering E3, that doesn't mean your weekly dose of podcasts and video shows are going anywhere. In fact, you're getting more of them thanks to all the big games and announcements that are sure to be at the show. Plus, 1UP will be streaming the big three conferences -- Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft -- live and absolutely for free on our E3 page.

1UP Yours and The 1UP Show will have more frequent shows than ever before, running according to the schedule below. Obviously, the descriptions are a little vague because we don't know what's going to happen yet (and some of the games are under NDA, sorry!), but this is what we're aiming for.

# 11:30 AM -- Sony press conference (streaming LIVE)
# 2:00 PM -- EA press conference
# 3:15 PM -- Activision press conference
# 4:30 PM -- Midway press conference
# 5:45 PM -- Konami press conference

Thursday, July 10th
# 8:00 AM -- Take-Two press conference
# 9:15 AM -- THQ press conference

WTF? Maybe it's just time difference, but here it is Monday, 9th of July and I am seeing "Tuesday, 8th of July" in their schedule?!

For a second I was like "OMFG, the Killzone event is running atm". Or not so much...
 
Wait a sec, are they actually going to provide video for the Konami conference this time (not live, of course)?! That would be great.

Why is is that despite E3 being less of a deal this year, live conference feeds are being spread out more? Last year it was basically GameSpot, and IGN for Insiders Only. This year, 1UP and G4 are also getting live feeds. What's the deal?

Because the conferences are as big as a deal as always. It's the expo that's getting downsized.

I don't think E3 is "less of a deal." It's simply more streamlined with a lot of the fat trimmed. The major press conferences are as big as they ever were.

EDIT: Yeah, Lakitu has the idea.
 
They've fixed the dates on the 1up site. Makes me more confident they're actually doing a show today, and it's not some horrible screwup on the dates.

I'm just going to take a wild stab in the dark here and guess it's because live feeds are popular and get you a lot of traffic.

The actual show itself is smaller, but the importance and content of the three key press conferences has not changed. And this holiday is the most crucial this gen so far, so even more emphasis is being placed on it.

Dude, E3 is better than ever for those who can't go. The new format will help the gaming media. It will be less of a chaos I hope.

What are the plans with MS and Sony for distributing their shows? They both said they're going to have video of the conferences correct? Is Sony going to wait until the thursday update to put up a vid?

But, gotta thank the guys at 1up for the coverage they're doing... I'm really excited, I have a feeling we'll get to see some great stuff and hear some big things... Last couple years was hardware intensive naturally, now it should shift more software wise...

The dates were wrong, they fixed them. Looks like they're going to be having daily updates. Should be fun. Especially if they do it when they're chilling out and getting drunk and stuff. :lol

Thanks for the effort, but I think something is messed up. It shows the Nintendo Conference at 4 pm for me, I am on the East Coast. But from my understanding it should be *later* then the scheduled 9am PST. Or am i thinking wrong?

East coast Ninty is at Noon.
 
I hope they change the opening theme back to the classic tune for these eps. The summer version is great, but for E3 I kind of want the regular version. Most awesome of course still is this

The Summer version was fun for about 2 episodes. Now I just miss the old one.
