Same problem with VP2. Is it just tri-ace games that have this problem?

Holy crap, I am glad I decided not to replay the game. I beat VP2 on my PS2, so I had no idea that the game had problems on the BC PS3 consoles.

I guess it is all the Tri-ace games, which means that there needs to be something that fixes this bug.

I doubt it. They'd hardly go to the trouble of arranging the beta keys and plan all that just to go and make it public anyway in the US. Unless, people are having a lot of trouble getting the discs off retailers which doesn't appear to be the case. I think the surprise will be the MGS4 headset.

Game ID password must be 4-16 numbers only.
Konami ID password is more open, but certain special characters are not allowed. Alpha-numeric is fine.

Look like you need register separate account for MGO beta because it required for your address and setup the GameID for login beta.

I think it is reason to stop other regions like US using an Europe account for free open beta test because PSN account is unrestricted to region lock.

2.30 from what we know has functionality with the new PSN store and DTS-MA (iirc) check the thread it ha stuff in there. Not sure about Euro MGO:Beta

What's the use for this "Konami ID"? Isn't the US MGO beta limited to only the people who pre-ordered the game (and received the MGS vol. 2 DVD with an insert (unique product code voucher)?
