I wish I had not played 80 dollars for Unity + season pass combo. Unity was not bad, but it didnt felt like it was worth it.
I really wish people would stop using hyperbole with the microtransactions, which are not needed in anyway shape or form. Especially not in Unity, except for people who want every item at the start of Sequence 3.They'll cancel Unity's Season Pass and give you another game that is more enticing for you to spend money on through DLC/microtransactions.
This too, really tired of people insinuating that I work for this company. No one accuses Snake of working for Konami. It's just shitposting.Maybe check with Crossing Eden for a refund.
$30 though.huh
people paid 20 bucks for something that now theyre not getting or are instead getting some shitty free game they didnt want
Sure the DLC will be free, but people want their 30 bucks back and not another Ubisoft game.ITT: people complaining about free DLC

You get an Ubisoft game as a refund
Oh god.
Watch the random Ubisoft game be Assassins Creed Chronicles China for ultimate trolling.
Gotta get those black friday buyers.been mentioned by others: ubi should've gone with cross-gen rogue this year (which would've sold just fine), & released unity in '15. i have no idea why they needed to get this game out, particularly given they had another one ready to go...

I don't think this is legal? They should just refund.
Why would Ubi cancel it ? And why are people happy with that ?
It can't be legal to refuse a monetary refund in this case?

An Update on Assassins Creed Unity from Yannis Mallat
The launch of Assassins Creed Unity was a highly-anticipated moment for me and for our development teams around the world who dedicated a tremendous amount of energy, passion and skill to the games creation. For us, it was the culmination of years of work on new technologies, the development of multiple innovations -- including an all-new game engine -- and an evolution of the Assassins Creed franchises core pillars. More importantly, we know that it was a highly-anticipated moment for many of you as well, as you looked forward to taking part in the first truly next generation Assassins Creed game.
Unfortunately, at launch, the overall quality of the game was diminished by bugs and unexpected technical issues. I want to sincerely apologize on behalf of Ubisoft and the entire Assassin's Creed team. These problems took away from your enjoyment of the game, and kept many of you from experiencing the game at its fullest potential.
Weve been working hard to fix the problems players are reporting, and the patches we have released so far have resolved many of them. Today, were releasing our third patch, which fixes a variety of specific issues related to the games stability and performance, matchmaking and connectivity, gameplay and menus. You can find the release notes on that patch here: Patch 3 Notes
To show our appreciation for your continued support, were making the upcoming Assassins Creed Unity Dead Kings DLC free for everyone. For Season Pass holders, we will also offer the choice of one additional game from a selection of Ubisoft titles for free. More details on the offer for Season Pass holders can be found here: AC Unity FAQ
In addition to the latest patch and this offer, we are committed to delivering further fixes for other issues youve raised. Sincerely,
Yannis Mallat

Ok, continue trolling.Sorry breh, but considering your heavy promotion of the game, maybe you can refund some people now.
I haven't checked myself but according to some the patch is available for download.Wasn't the game getting patched today?
Yep. Downloading now. Granted, no problems before so...will see how it performs now.Wasn't the game getting patched today?
Gotta get those black friday buyers.
Another game as substitute for this season pass is not acceptable. That is not what people agreed to pay for. It's like giving me a hotdog when I paid for a hamburger and saying tough shit. Is this legal?
Umm, pretty sure that's illegal. If you buy something and the business doesn't prove it they can't just give you something else. You get your money back as a full refund.
Season pass was free? what the hell are you talking about?
are people making dumb posts in this thread on purpose? i feel like i'm missing something.
huh
