I think Overwatch as a name for a group of superheroes is a pretty good one.
That would be even more generic.

Forgive me for having such a naive view on the legal system but I thought you can't trademark words in the English language?
It's pretty crazy that eventually we're just gonna run out of relevant names for games.
In 20 years every game will be a variation of INFINITE UNDISCOVERY.
Seems easy enough to just change it to Overwatchers.

Looking more closely... this was all settled months ago before this thread was even posted. They're going to both keep using Overwatch, for their respective products.

So, last summer, Blizzard challenged Innovis, and Innovis agreed to change its trademark description to carefully remove all references to games, as seen on that page.
What's the third one?!
