That's what it sounds like. If you read the weekly updates on Bungie.net, they have been talking a little about how they're doing more and more playtests so hopefully a big blowout is in the works.

I'm crossing my fingers, toes, and unmentionables for a beta announcement. They potentially maybe kind of teased a May beta, and a bunch of previews (accompanied by a beta ViDoc of this quality) this month would make a lot of sense if that ends up being real.
