People still thinking that the Playstation and Xbox audiences are different when most of the time the same kind of games sell well on both consoles and many people own both.
Hmm I think this is sort of the case really. Sure I think the likes of COD/Fifa will sell well on both regardless, but it seems the PS audience is simply more open to new genres and unique titles, while for Xbox, well my brother and his friends are still playing 360 mostly, all they buy and play are Fifa/COD/GTA/maybe BF, none of them ever seem interested in single player experiences, mostly just games you can play together and it's usually the big brand names for that. For PS, we're seeing things like Heavy Rain, Journey, Unfinished Swan and the like actually sell well. I just can't see that happening on Xbox.
calm down, i'm just annoyed at having to wait a month or more for new maps
Well I was thinking maybe they'll make it less of a wait this time. With PS3, not so sure COD owners were quite the majority of the overall COD owners, so I guess Activision simply didn't care or see the urgency.
With PS4 being in the lead by nearly 2:1 I believe, I don't think PS4 owners will be keen if a month wait for a map pack, I don't think they'll want to annoy that much audience. Maybe they will though, depends how much MS pay I guess ha ha. If you care that much about playing map packs day 1, just get an X1 if that makes you happy, COD still wants to prefer Xbox, and probably won't change, I think Activision will want to keep COD Xbox presence and Destiny PS4 presence, good deal for me as far as I'm concerned, ha ha, but I'd rather rid all this rubbish tbh.
