I think I still would be playing this and buying the DLC if they hadn't nerfed the sniper guns. Dicks.

Drop Zone is only on Xbox apparently. =\Yes, the game mode Drop Zone from MW3 is back. The Onslaught Map Pack is now integrated into all playlists. I assume this will apply to Devastation when it releases as well.
I bought an Xbox One on Friday, so I'm playing this game again. It feels a lot better on this system then it did on the PC and 360 versions. The PC version was a stutter fest. I only played Squads so far, hopefully I get lucky with the dedicated server roulette!

Great idea but I don't like that you can't unlock customization items in that mode. So I mostly play it offline where everything is already unlocked and I can make my squad look exactly how I want them to look. (I recreated Bad Company so I have Marlowe, Sweetwater, Redford, Haggard and Miss July fighting along side me.)Does anyone play squads? It seems like a cool idea...right?
Picked up Ghosts on Sale for $25 for the XBO since i have the season pass for the 360. I guess I should have asked how many people play on that platform since the numbers are an abysmal 26k last night during prime gaming hours. Couldn't even get a full game for Ground War, the one game type I wanted the "next gen" version for. FML. Ghosts has forever soiled me on COD games. They better make good with the next gen game this fall.
Ps4 version usually has 40-50k from what I seen. Ground war has still taken a bit to fill up sometimes.

Most I have seen on xbox one is like 35k but I never had trouble finding games.
Ghosts is making me look forward to what sledgehammer is going to do.

I may hop on ghosts I haven't really played since Titanfall came out. I have read the frame rates better after the patch. After the Titanfall beta I found ghost matchmaking was terrible my clan would always get matched with people in Europe and it made the game super laggy. I'm stuck on the gooser challenge in Titanfall so I do need a break.
Have they released patch notes? I can't find them but I have read the smgs have been buffed.

Being a run and gun player, with a kd of usually 1.5 in other Call of Duty's...I cannot get my KD above .92 in this one.
Any tips for this style of play in this game? It seems almost impossible...

Only Free Fall because it is not a map for my style of play. I can't enjoy that map because it is impossible to play solo and keep 2 flags with five people running in with shotguns and MTARs.Are you guys selective with the maps you play? Like do you back out a lot? I've never done that in CoD before, but find myself tempted to start doing that in this game because some of these maps are so atrocious.

There was a significant update last night/today that coincided with the DLC release. Hopefully that addresses it. If anyone has the patch notes, please post them here.

All submachine guns except for the MTAR-X and the Ripper received a min damage range increase.
The Bizon and the CBJ-MS received a max damage range increase.
Preferred Weapon calculation fix.
Fix for an exploit where players could put Muzzle Brakes on weapons with integrated silencers.
eSports
Fixed a minor bug where the loadout restricted icons didn't update for clients when MLG rules are toggled.
Anti-Cheat
Fixed out of map exploit with sat com and ballistic vests.
Fix for exploit in Sovereign.
Fix for exploit in Freight.
Fix for rock penetration exploit in Whiteout.
Fix for the mod that could change the killstreak classification from Assault to Support.

Fixed an issue where the Friends List button helper appeared in a menu when it should not have.

If the user gets a party invite while in the Safe Area options, the invitation window will pop up but functionality will be split.

Make it so that MOTD won't pop up if you are navigating through menus via the Kinect menu auto nav system.

In private match, SAT COM now works in FFA Hardcore.
I haven't fully fleshed out this thought but I wish you could choose 1 or 2 maps to ignore or decrease their frequency. Of course if you're in a party this would be overruled.
But I hate sniping, I have to run around so most of the time I'm lone wolf. So I really dislike Stonehaven and Stormfront.
Also, I need to work on getting my ghillie suit for playing on fog.
How's the "wiretap" perk? Is it as effective as it sounds?
I heard the Onslaught maps are in the regular playlists now a long with drop zone. True?
Anyone get the new map pack and can tell me whats the deal with the predator tease?
Are the new maps worth getting? Gotta wait a month on the PS4...
