Kinda, because camera scripting does not require PS4 power levels.
Right, but the kind of assets and effects that could make such a camera change worth the tradeoff in peripheral vision would require that power.
People already complain like little babies if the camera is too close to the character. So, maybe here a little sugar helps the medicine go down.
Seriously though... if they create such a detailed character, create incredible effects, a claustrophobic camera like that might not be as hard a sell.
I honestly believe, even if this trailer isn't genuine, that it probably does represent their goal for the game. Nothing else really makes sense to me, considering the context in which this was demo'd. And they showed on a couple of occasions a really tight OTSV... seemingly when the "player" (lol) was in a readied attack stance.
Idk... we'll see sometime in the next few months I imagine or E3, whatever.
