Having a child can change a woman's body yes, but it is not guaranteed to happen at all. I personally know a few petite girls who have given birth and maintained their body type. I don't know how they did it but they did. I think that most women just don't care about staying in shape after having a child due to the 'oh its okay that you got fat, you had a kid' mentality.
