Cassidy is just really bad at selling his bill. How the fuck did this guy get elected. He's borderline incomprehensible. All I know for sure is that he was a doctor.

Every explanation so far has been, "Your state will take care of you and if they don't... Not our problem!"

Cassidy: Shit I can't think of an answer, let me remind them I'm a doctor!

Every fucking time!

Woman: If this was through state we couldn't get the care we needed for all these reasons.
Cassidy: Actually, I'm a doctor. So I think states could do it better. *Sits down*

I think Graham has to realize he’s on the wrong side of history. They’re getting trounced.

If Washington is so terrible why doesn't everyone just have a State anthem instead of a national anthem? Salute the state flex and not the American flag.

If you block grant medicaid, how do you know the program that woman was on won't be cut, you turd? I mean, he admitted that states will tailor it to what they find most important. There's no guarantee the program that she's on will still be there.

“Welcome to McDonald’s. How may I help you?”

“As a doctor, I’ll have a large number three combo with a Sprite.”

“Will that be all?”

“Since I’m a doctor, I feel qualified to tell you yes.”

Lets not. Please. I beg you.

Bernie is destroying the GOP tonight. If only some of their voters were receptive to sound argumentation.

They do. Most recent polling has republican voters at near plurality (think it was 48% last time I checked) in favor of M4A

klobuchars doing an amazing job looking like the moderate darling. bernie's putting the "extreme" deal on the table; klobuchar's offering the more reasonable deal in comparison to the other 3. she has potential in 2020 imo, and a great strat by the dems.

graham and bernie done decently this debate but rofl cassidy just looks like a creepy zombie villain. gop needs to keep this guy away from the cameras.

Klobuchar isn't terrible on substance, but... uh, I'm glad she doesn't seem to be planning a presidential run. Even HRC looks charismatic in comparison.
She is acting patronizing as all hell. The twins story she just told was super cringeworthy. And Cassidy is just an idiot. Honestly, I worry for any patients he has or once had.

what? klobuchar is doing a good job looking like she cares about people.

there's a reason klobuchar has clobbered all of her opponents in the past whereas hillary has underperformed even in the safe senate seat of new york.

my favorite thing is Republicans who have overwhelmingly been elected to run the federal government constantly going on about how the federal government sucks at everything.

Sort of a twisted genius I suppose, since they get into office and prove themselves correct every time. And then run on that message again, and get voted again...

Because that Governors will be held accountable for their bad policy decisions... as opposed to Senators? That's also another amazing argument.

This idea that the GOP somehow isn't Washington sure is a ridiculous sell. They're in charge, they're Washington.

Damnit, totally forgot about this and I'm catching the closing statement. Gonna try to find and catch the rest.

Am I crazy or did Cassidy not mention he was a doctor in his closing statement? Wonder if Graham told him to knock it off?
