Omg someone other than me remembers that game? It's a new G-Police?

What makes you think that it could be complete trash?
Conplete trash is an exaggeration but because of how ambitious the game seems to be plus they're expanding rapidly, doing something a lot different to the witcher and also adding multiplayer as well. I have faith in them but I wouldn't be surprised if it disappoints relative to people's expectations.
They're also looking for people for multiplayer and shooters (for this project, it appears from the listing).
I can't be the only one that really hopes we have a Back to the Future style hoverboard right?

i sincerely believe if this lives up to the amazing hype that people have set up for it, it will set off a cyberpunk renaissance in gaming which is all good for me. i wonder if it has mainstream appeal? the generation that grew up on modern videogames will be coming of age when it releases (2018-2022) and will undoubtedly want to grab the big new blockbuster game
Holy shit, mine too. Along with Jet Moto.It was my first PS1 game lol.
I'm really hoping GITS, Blade Runner and CP2077 kill it
The Witcher 1
They don't start series too well.
How can anyone doubt these mother fuckers? Didn't their fucking expansion for a 2015 game win 2016S rpg of the year?
The setting alone is getting me hard
To be fair to people...devs have gone from making amazing games to games that fail to live up to their previous standards. CP2077 is fairly different from what CDProjekt has done in the past so some concern is understandable.

Witcher 1 wasn't complete trash though.
Depending upon how true to the IP they want to be, the inclusion of flying vehicles could be considered a given. This fucking city is all about rolling out of a goddamn flying Ferrari crotch-first even if the entrance to the club is three stories up.
A very cool thing about Pondsmith's cyberpunk vision: It does what a lot of good rpgs do when they want to give players a sense of importance. It lets them do things that others can't do/shouldn't do. It lets everyone be an over-the-top rock star, and the rest of the world just deals with the hangover. I'm not sure how ready people who associate "cyberpunk" videogames with Deus Ex will judge this.
I would think flying vehicles a given in this sense, especially considering how vertical Night City is. I do hope that these vehicles require real effort to have access to, though.
The WItcher 1 also happened to be their first game and was using Bioware's Aurora engine. They have come a long way since those days and are growing.
The leap between The Witcher 1 -> The Witcher 2 -> The Witcher 3 alone should tell you to not underestimate them.
Best wishes.
I feel ya here. Cyberpunk 2077 is gonna have a more "rock and roll" vibe similar to pulp-fiction films by Tarantino, that's what CD Project Red have said. It sounds glorious - I can't fucking wait.
I love nobody mentioned once that Ciri gave details of the game in the Witcher 3.

http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1196914I seem to remember a thread that compiled all the information known about Cyberpunk, but I can't find it, anyone have a link to it?
My body is ready.
*awesome gifs*
I really wish people would stop bringing up this game.
I've remember it exists and is still a long way off now
They said the Witcher 3 team has moved onto Cyberpunk and they're done with the Witcher. They also said they are going to keep it simple and concentrate on one big project at a team. Not if they want to work on multiple projects at the same time.
My 980 Ti is ready.
a open world game that finally has flying cars? hype
