Doom looks and runs better though.
That was actually my thought making that post, but on my system I have to use adaptive vsync and the hints of tearing take it down a peg.

Well deserved for DS3.
As for MGS5, at least the port is good.... heh. Wonder if they'll ever port the MGS HD collection to have most of them on Steam and make a quick ez buck.
Verendus mentioned it before last E3 but nothing materilized since then.
That's cool, maybe we'll hear something this year since Konami don't seem to have that much going on. I'd definitely buy MGS HD Collection and Silent Hill HD Collection (hey, it's better than nothing) day zero.
A day one PC release of Persona 5 would make a mint. Just saying.
Probably 2.5 million total then. 1 million (probably underestimate) on PS, 250k on Xbox, 1 million on Steam, and 250k from various other places.

Can we get the MGS Legacy Collection for PC now? Konami can make some quick cash and that will be my last purchase from them for a long while if ever.
Plus Steam will get to experience Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake.
Nice for both of them, MGSV is the best action TPS game ever made and let's be honest here, it will probably be at the top for years... it's maybe time for Konami to put the MGS collection on PC too, thanks.
Dark souls 3 is not as good as Bloodborne but definitely a great Soul game, congrats.
Atlus, "What's PC?"
Sega, "Lol, do whatever you want, Atlus."
Remember, kids: it's not port begging if it's for the PC.
Any sales updates on Quantum Break for UWP?
Any sales updates on Quantum Break for UWP?
I highly doubt that. Do you have a link?PC version has been the top revenue version for the Souls series.
I highly doubt that. Do you have a link?
The series sells similar amounts, if not more, on PC and digital versions generate far and away more income than retail.
It's not a very difficult assumption to make.
You didn't make it sound like an assumption and do you have proof for your first sentence?
So you have no evidence whatsoever. Also the games sell $60 on consoles vs 50 on PC. And it is not similar amount at all. DS3 shipped 3 million and only a third sold on PC.The series sells similar amounts, if not more, on PC and digital versions generate far and away more income than retail.

Nope, that isn't how it works in any way, shape or form.Shipped=demand. The console versions have long surpassed the million, so yeah DS3 sold more on consoles.

Proof posted above.
Shows a basic misunderstanding about how revenue is genereated.
Shipped is not sold, but even disregarding that the PC version has still generated more revenue than either console platform.

Still, there's no proof whatsoever about your statement about revenue. That something sold more or less, doesn't matter that much if you don't know the exact figures and you don't know the exact figures.
I understand revenues pretty well, and Steam takes 30% of that revenue so .... And the numbers favor consoles.Number breakdown posted above, though I dislike the way From presents the data.

No I am not wrong either way. DS3 did not sell more on PC nor did it make more revenues, unless you can prove otherwise. DS3 sold around 300k alone on PS4 in Japan, so yeah, unless you have any evidence to back up what you are saying, don't throw these kind of assumptions as facts.Dark Souls 3 is 60$ regular price on PC. And 60$ physical copy sold still brings less money than 50$ on digital so you'de be wrong either way.
Shipped and sold are not the same thing.
So yes, DS3 probably sold better on PC, and it definitely had better revenue.

You must realize that companies tend to obfuscate this type of information.
Stump'd em
Only if you for some reason count every copy sold on steam as a 50 euro digital thing and every copy sold on console as a 60 euro physical thing.
