For some people it's a nightmare that never ends, I still get them once or twice a year.

I'm abnormal, because I don't fap too often. It's due to the OCD, because:

a) I feel disgusting afterwards. Used to shower for an hour, where I had to wash my arms and hands fifteen times while doing so. I've got that down to about half an hour. Even after that shower, I still never feel clean, but I usually go to bed and then shower again the next day before gaming.

b) I worry that, if I commit a sin by masturbating, something bad will happen. It's usually to do with familial health.

I probably have 2-3 a year, used to happen a lot more frequently regardless of whether I was sexually active or not at the time. I still think it is pretty disgusting when it happens (I am the kind of person that throws clothing out if any body fluids happen to come in contact with them).

I learned that it was wise to not think "naughty" thoughts before falling asleep, if I did... it usually ended in disaster hours later . Not a condom, I basically create some "padding" down there so that if an wet dream occurs it leaks on to that (tissues/toilet paper etc) instead of directly on to the clothing.

On to the second point, I rarely have sex at all so no need to worry about buying a new bed spread. I'm actually OCD and a germ freak. Pretty much a reversal to how I used to be in my teens and early 20's (basically wearing the clothes with "stains" on them like a badge of honor lol). It's a long story as to how I became so warped against germs, it all started when i had to unblock a toilet with dire consequences!

Clothing not so much, I still have a lot of the same clothes from nearly 10 years ago (such is the effectiveness of my method - I have not had to throw any clothing out for years). I go through underwear quite often, but not because of any body fluid mishaps - another one of my weird quirks is I have a 3 month supply of underwear (helps not having to do the washing so often!).

Toilet paper is a different story, but even then that's only a $10-$20 per month expenditure (barely even use a full roll a day).
