I do like the two vertical lines look that shows a girl is fit like the one above. The full washboard/6pack look not so much.

Visible linea alba. It is pretty much a matter of genetics whether this look is even possible, depending on fat distribution and position of the tendons responsible for the visual separations. At the same body fat percentage and muscle tone you could end up with visible horizontal lines, visible vertical line, both, or neither.
