Settle down, so long as keys are going to friends and other people who want to be a part of the community, it's a good outcome. The best outcome, when you consider the possibility of the keys being Meeru'd away and thus serving no use to anyone. And yes, even a better outcome than fairly scarce keys going to unknowns who may or may not be all that interested in the game and its community in the first place. There's no shortage of people who sign up to these things on a lark or because it's free.
