Gore Screaming Show. Though maybe some other crazies in VN-Gaf would want that too.
All the Chinese PC RPGs & Strategy/RPGs. Start with Heroine Anthem.
Pretty sure this was fan translated a couple years ago.
Always wanted to play this.
I own Venus and Braves for the PS2 (which would thus be my preferred version as my PSP is gathering dust somewhere...) and although I played a fair way into it it's not really worth it without really understanding much of the story, and it was too slow going with a dictionary in hand.
It's a fun strategy RPG but very much not in the traditional Tactics Ogre-esque mould - you plan your battle entirely beforehand and there's no real movement save rotating your squad in a turn; it's all about how you plan out your unit placement beforehand.
That coupled with the Gestalt system for relationship management and an interesting storyline makes it good fun to play. Alas, it was 2D and niche - and spiritually a sequel to the also untranslated Seven: Molmoth's Cavalry - so never made it here.
The team behind it went on to make Fragile, which I never really got on that well with and should revisit someday; I think they're disbanded now, or at least absorbed elsewhere into the Bamco monolith.
Please.

My absolute first choice is Shin kamaitachi no Yoru(night of the true kamaitachi or banshee's last cry), it's like a serious danganronpa

But there's a lot more i would like to get, on vita and psp.
EDIT:
some gameplay.

Please.
That no one else would? Then Riglord Ssga 2.
I don't know the series, but i played the japanese demo and despite not understanding a single word i thought it had the potential of being an awesome game. That's the fourth game in the Kamaitachi No Yoru series, right?
Always thought it was interesting (with how one of the games has the previous game's writer as a main character).
Hence, I went with:
Wasn't that well received, yet I'd still love to play an English version of it. I do own the JP import so one day I'll fumble my way through it somehow.
Otherwise, my answer would be the Boku no Natsuyasumi games, even though there are others here who would pick them I'm sure. I own all the games, and I'm learning the language, so hopefully one day I'll be able to play them and understand what's going on, but for now I still can't help but deeply wish they'd gotten the localisation treatment.
Boku 1 (PS1)
Boku 2 (PS2)
Boku 3 (PS3)
Boku 4 (PSP)
Panel De Pon
Just checked again, with the enthusiastic reactions I feared I had made an error and... No
So instead I'll offer Infinite Loop for the PSP, a VN from Nippon Ichi. Its basic framework (you possess souls while working through a time loop to unravel the mystery of your death) was reused for Disgaea Infinite, which we did get in English because it's Disgaea, but it was kind of watered down and I'd really like to go through the original with its medieval setting.
Edit: Here's an old thread which does a good job of explaining what Infinite Loop is like.
The Famicom Tantei Club series would be very nice to have. It has nice musics.
put ayumi in smash while we're at it
Mine would be deSPIRIA. The game looks fucking great!
Another translator's gotten to work on this, last I checked the romhacking.net thread.Linda Cube Again. There's a fan translation in the works at least but it seems like progress has stopped.
Princess maker 2 is already localized(maybe that's exactly what you were saying? lol)

Nora and the Time Studio: The Witch of the Misty Forest
Atlus + GUST
niche game coming out after the 3DS launched had no chance. =(
SIGH.
My 3 picks:
I came in this thread with the intent of saying this, but you beat me to the punch. I own the PSP version of this game and intend to play it eventually, but as you say it's difficult with limited Japanese knowledge.

Goichi Suda's work prior to Killer7 & Flower, Sun & Rain
Twilight Syndrome (PSX) (Both Search and Investigation)
Moonlight Syndrome (PSX) - Another game in the Syndrome saga. These are essentially Suda's take on Clock Tower. He made these games at Human Entertainment, the developers of Clock Tower.
The Silver Case (PSX) - The direct prequel to Goichi Suda's Flower, Sun & Rain. We've honestly been getting the Kill The Past saga backwards. lol.
I still hope Suda lives up to his promise on releasing this in English one day since Flower, Sun & Rain is one of my favourite games of all time and I love killer7 too.
Shin Hayarigami (Vita/PS3) - Still annoyed with NIS for not localizing this after promising we'd get more visual novels...
Front Mission 2 as well. The fan translation is incomplete...
I'm more than happy with the quality of Reigitize's fan translation, but I do hope to get English versions of Adventure and Decode some day. Decode is really just a matter of the technology getting caught up.
Garage: Bad Dream Adventure
Yuuyami Doori Tankentai
There's been a fan translation out for years.Boktai 3...
It had to be finished, damn it!
You know, as you do.hmmmmmmmThe doctor says, "Do you like pregnant girls?" Kei quickly answers, "Yes, I love them!"
What's behind with the tech on the 3DS release?
Hacking tools, mostly, and emulation lacking some features. The team is working on it, but they're having to go slower because of things not being as advanced (which is why they're doing a Lost Evolution translation patch in the mean time).
This one
I got lost kinda later when the pink robotexplodes against her will
That no one else would? Then Riglord Ssga 2.
Ok. maybe Riglord Saga 2 or Feda on the saturn? I haven't met many other people who loved Mysteria realms of lore enough to want to see the sequel. I have the saturn versions of both wachenroder and black matrix just in cae lol
What was the name of the first one again when it came out here?
Princess Crown - Sega Saturn
https://youtu.be/yIV2JqC37dk
It's the pre-cursor to Odin Sphere and VanillaWare in general.
A port to any system would be welcome, but it's too much to ask to port and translate
DreamMix TV World Fighters
Yes that is Bomberman, Simon Belmont, Twinbee, Optimus Prime, Fang the Wolf, the kid from Beyblade, Master Higgins and Optimus Prime on the cover. The game also has characters like Solid Snake, a moai head from Parodius, and Megatron.
It's a multiplayer platform fighter like Smash Bros and Playstation All-Stars. I have no clue if it is good or not but I'd love to play it.
