I spoke with the publishers today at a preview showing, and it was confirmed the AU version will be the 'ash' one.

This is silly, the violence is so heavily stylised so it should just be an 18 like Killer7. Kill Bill wasn't censored (although that one bit was in black and white...) and that wasn't even cel-shaded

Well done to those getting in touch with the publishers and whatnot. Perhaps some fruit shall come of it. Delicious blood-soaked fruit.
