Oh man...
Switch really is about to become the new Vita.
Nintendo hasn't exactly been shy about it. Fire Emblem and Xenoblade going for the deep Vita territory nowadays.

like all of them? For instance, corpse party and the like.. cause I don't really care for Nintendo Ip's.
Love this GIF.
Maybe one day when it gets more anime-esque games like the vita. For instance, corpse party and the like.. cause I don't really care for Nintendo Ip's.
Gematsu said:Necrobarista, a 3D cinematic visual novel first announced for PC in January, will also come to Switch, Melbourne-based developer Route 59 announced.
Route 59 told Gematsu that it is currently too far from launch to say if the Switch version will launch alongside the PC version. They are also looking at the possibility of launching on PlayStation 4.
The classic 'Murder Club' remastered to launch next week in Japan. It's a port of a IOS version .

Ah. So Nintendo Japan is cool with VNs, while NOA doesn't seem too interested. :-|. Cool.
Does "bring this to the US" count as port begging? I know port begging is a plague when it comes to the Switch so I just want to be sureAh. So Nintendo Japan is cool with VNs, while NOA doesn't seem too interested. :-|. Cool.

Someone please tell me Murder Club is coming out in the US...
Never played the VN, but the anime will always have a special place in my heart (not the OVA's).
So would be pretty down for a Switch version, especially since I don't really care for H-scenes.
More on topic, glad stuff like this is coming out on the Switch, never owned a PS3/4/Vita so I missed out on a lot. Murder Club looks interesting.
Let this gif outlive us all.
Clannad was always an all-ages VN. It doesn't have any H-scenes to cut.

It's the spin-offs you would need to worry about
I sorta understand what your saying here but really. Even by your own example the psp get vita did in fact replace it. No one was saying the switch was going to completely replace the vita over night or even so .All of those games, except maybe that iOS murder club game, have either been released on Vita or will be released on Vita. So the comments about how this shows Switch is replacing Vita don't make sense. PSP got VN ports for years after the Vita launched. I expect a similar pattern here.
Personally, I would prefer playing VNs on my Switch, so I am glad they are coming. Unfortunately none of these games look very good.
Danganronpa when
Are these visual novels always looking like soft porn?
I see some cleavage and exposed belly. BOOM.Tell me which one in the OP looks like soft porn because I can't see any.

Lucky you. I'm lucky if I see an exposed elbow.I live in California. I guess I live in soft porn because I see cleavage and exposed belly every day on the street.

Nah I'm joking lol. This in no way is soft porn I know that. Not even in the morning when girls are jogging? You need to get up earlier. Anyway, it's not soft porn.
Google "Song of Memories", click "characters and gallery" on the official website. This in no way is soft porn I know that.

May I ask what's wrong with the GIF on first post? Don't have much knowledge of either anime or handheld.
Do VNs tend to have a furigana setting?
Seems like a way to slowly expand my vocab.
