We don't. I remember when there was fake Mark Cerny accounts on Twitter around the PS4 reveal and even people at PlayStation followed the account. The real account didn't start until last year when Cerny and Kojima went on the worldwide tech tour. Around E3 2013 there were tons of Jack Tretton accounts (none of them were real).
