I could see a Mass Effect game being MS exclusive, it started off that way last generation.

That pre E3 was nuts Microsoft bought every third party game and Fifa was gonna be exclusive the amount of dumb stuff people said was hilarious. This year its just a bit less crazy.

My copy of Wolfenstein on PS4 says I have beta access for DOOM.

If that happens, can I claim false advertising?

I think if the rumours of Halo Collection on steam are true them maybe its a "you scratch my back I scratch yours" thing.

That would definitely be enough for Valve to show up on a MS stage again.


Valve doesnt need money but if they can get MS bringing some big games to stream? Thats big for them.

I would have to think they're on better terms now with Microsoft putting Rise of Nations and the PC version of Fable Anniversary on Steam.

Money talks dude.

There needs to be a lot of money, to make Valve not see the huge gap between PS4 and XB1 sales. Software sales being very much in Sony's favour will keep making it harder and more expensive for Microsoft to buy exclusivity.
