Sent to the ones after Yaska's post. Btw I still haven't received my emailed one, and I received the message one in G+ like 4 hours after it let me in... so probably as long as it's a gmail email account, one doesn't necessarily have to wait for the email.

How do you actually send invites in this thing? It's either hidden or disabled on my account.

Share and instead of selecting a group put a person's email into it. It then sends out email. Also you can make a circle and add person's email into that. That seems to send invites as well. The recipient gets an email, clicks red button. And can register in most cases.

I opened plus.google.com and it invited me to finish entering my details (I was already signed into google).
